To have an insecured boss,\u00a0 who obviously has limited capabilities.\u00a0 \u00a0S\/he does not harness the expertise, rather hijacks it.\u00a0 At the end of a successful execution, its a selfish person who blows a loud trumpet, without an iota of\u00a0 contribution that could have lifted team mates to grow to the next level.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>How to handle such rascals?\u00a0 Getting oneself extricated from such a team is the easiest way out.
